Remembering Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
On January 17th our Middletown community and the nation at large honored the life and legacy of the late Civil Rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

During his life, Dr. King’s teachings and actions facilitated immense societal change, the ripples of which continue to move and shake our society today. To honor the man and his work, students and staff of High School North and South, as well as Middletown Township Mayor Tony Perry, joined together to recite Dr. King’s integral “I Have a Dream” speech, which was delivered on Aug. 28, 1963 at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C.
