On Wednesday, January 31, 2018, the Middletown North Hockey Team became Conference A champs. They won against Wall 4-3 in a very exciting game.

North dominated throughout most of the game. However, some questionable calls later on in the game made it perhaps even more thrilling to watch.

The referees called a goal late in the third period that bounced off the crossbar and came out. This was considered a legitimate goal and was almost the reason why Wall was able to clutch the win.

However, North hockey was able to hold on in order to be victorious and become the conference champs.

Middletown North will be facing its crosstown rival Middletown South on Tuesday. Be sure to come out and support your team!
