- Christmas Tree Cake Bites (easy no-bake recipe)
Ingredients:
- Vanilla cake (made)
- White chocolate or white candy melts
- Red candy melts
- Festive Christmas sprinkles
- Start by making as many cakes as you need (any flavor but this recipe calls for vanilla). Bake as normal and let cool.
- Mash together the cakes using a stand mixer or electric hand mixer. Add in sprinkles of choice and mix again.
- Use a small cookie scoop or 1 tablespoon to take out cake batter and roll into balls– then place on a baking sheet.
- Place the cake into the fridge while putting the white chocolate chips into a microwave for two or three 30-second increments–stir in between.
- Dip the cake into the melted chocolate and melt the red candy the same as the white. Drizzle on top and set your finished product in the fridge to chill.
