Colleen Hoover’s popular book, It Ends With Us, is definitely one of her best books and is a must-read. It is filled with lots of drama and romance and remains captivating throughout the duration of the story.

It Ends With Us introduces main character, Lily Bloom, a 22-year-old woman who just moved to Boston. She attempts to start over after her abusive father passes away, but after she meets a man named Ryle Kincaid everything changes.  Her thoughts of a past lover, Atlas Corrigan, haunt her mind and her new relationship. Little does she know the ones she loves will be the ones who hurt her the most. 

If you enjoy drama and romance you will love this book. Lily is put in the middle of many potential love interests. Warning to the reader–there is violence and various mentions of triggering topics such as sexual assault and abuse in this novel. You should be aware of these things before you pick up this book because they do affect the plot of the story. 

The author, Colleen Hoover, is a fantastic writer. She uses a lot of descriptive detail and really paints a picture for the reader. Her writing style is very unique but very good. I recommend her books November 9th, Ugly Love, and Verity.
