The Middletown High School North Varsity Girls Swim Team, led by Head Coach Megan Ghaffari, has had an outstanding season, culminating in their victory as the C-North Division Champions. With a total of seven wins, the Lady Lions have proven themselves to be one of the most formidable teams in the league, defeating key competitors such as Freehold Boro, Neptune, Raritan, Colts Neck, Long Branch, St. John Vianney, and Monmouth Regional.
The team’s success has been fueled by exceptional individual performances, with standout swimmers like Keelin Forkan, Olivia Imbro, Nina Virani, and Juliana Imbro securing first place finishes in the 200 Free Relay (FR) throughout the season. A special shoutout goes to Juliana Imbro, who consistently dominated in the 200 Free, securing another first place win for the Lady Lions. These victories are a testament to the hard work, dedication, and talent of the entire team.

A heartfelt congratulations is also in order for the senior class, whose leadership and commitment have helped the team achieve success.
The 2025 seniors include Captain Keelin Forkan, Captain Lisa Racioppi, Katie Baeder, Chloe Bixby, Isabelle Bracchi, Bailey Casey, Mary Garby, and Natalie Vacca. These athletes have played pivotal roles in the team’s success and leave behind a legacy of excellence.
As the season comes to a close, the Middletown High School North Girls Swim Team has proven that hard work, teamwork, and perseverance lead to championship victories. Coach Ghaffari and the entire team should be incredibly proud of their accomplishments this season.
