Each week during the remainder of the Shore Conference girls basketball season, Shore Sports Network presents multiple weekly awards for Player of the Week and give the fans the opportunity to vote for the overall player of the week.

Players of the Week in each of the eight Shore Conference divisions, plus two wild cards are chosen.  Middletown North’s Karleigh Aber has been selected as a finalist for her performances during the stretch of games from Jan. 15 through Jan. 21.  PLEASE VOTE FOR KARLEIGH as the Thrive Shore Conference Player of the Week.

Class B North Player of the Week

Karleigh Aber, Middletown North

Aber posted her first double-double of the season, 14 points and 11 rebounds, in a victory over Toms River East. Earlier in the week she scored 6 points and grabbed 8 rebounds against No. 5 Trinity Hall.
