On Friday, February 4, 2023, the Middletown High School North community celebrated the class of 2023 student-athletes that were signing their National Letters of Intent.  These student-athletes will continue their academic and athletic careers at the collegiate level.   Many of these seniors have been recognized for their contributions to Middletown High School North.

In football, Asbury Park Press 1st Team All Shore selections Jack Lopez and Peter Dempsey will look to continue their football career at the Division I level.  The Middletown High School North baseball team, which won the CJ Group III State Championship in 2022, will feature three of its seniors at the collegiate level next year.  3rd Team All Shore Shortstop Ryan Frontera will be heading to Seton Hall University, while Colby McMahon (Saint Elizabeth University) and RJ Kernan (Montclair State University will look to continue their playing careers as well.

The Lions soccer programs will feature Asbury Park Press 1st Team All Shore selection Maura Chawner heading to Penn State University, while Ryan Vaubel will be heading to West Virginia university.  The MHSN Lacrosse program has seen two of their leaders heading to the collegiate levels lacrosse programs in the Fall of 2023 with Ryan Kane heading to Georgian Court University and Trevor Reid heading to Fairleigh Dickinson.
