Middletown North Powder Puff Ends With Juniors Victorious
The Middletown High School North Annual Powder Puff Game was another great event on Friday evening, June 17th. Many students, family and friends showed up at Arnie Truex field to watch the junior and senior classes compete in an annual flag football game. Although the Seniors lost to the Juniors 20-6, everyone displayed great sportsmanship and camaraderie throughout the game.
Nick Trezza supervised the practices on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday last week with the Junior and Senior coaches, Chris Hoffman who ordered the tee-shirts and handled the logistics for the event, John Oxley and Jason Glezman, the game referees, David Xavier, announcer, Pete Milnes, press box, and Ben Ascone, clock supervisor and scorekeeper. Mr. Prefer was on the sidelines taking plenty of photographs.
