The Lions are hoping that they can get hot entering postseason play and put together a string of victories. Head Coach Ryan McCabe, who was a 1st Team All Shore Shortstop for the Lions, believes the Lions are heading in the right direction: “We are hoping to get some players back from injury at key positions and have a good core group with some experience. Kids come to work every day and should continue to improve as the season progresses.”
The upcoming MCT First Round contest between Howell will reveal if the Lions have what it takes to compete at a championship level, as Howell is ranked No. 5 in the Shore Conference with a 9-2 record.
