March 3, 2021- The Middletown High School North Boys Basketball Program defeated Jackson Liberty High School by a score of 54-49 in the Shore Conference Pod C semifinal round of the Shore Conference Tournament.  The Lions were led by Vinny Pennino who scored 19 points and Tommy Giannone who added 13.

Pennino has been on fire of late and was recognized by Shore Sports Network as the Seaview Orthopaedic Week 5 Player of the Week Basketball Player of the Week Vinny Pennino Middletown North NJ

 Middletown North (7-4) has advanced to the final on Friday-March 5, 2021 to play at top-seeded Matawan High School.  Matawan defeated Colts Neck High School by a score of 53-50 to advance to the Pod C Final against the Lions.
