Attention all boys and girls basketball, hockey, indoor track, bowling and wrestling athletes at Middletown High School North!  The winter season is approaching and the time to complete your prerequisite forms is now.  Please complete registration for WINTER SPORTS, which is now open until the end of November.

Athletes must register to participate in athletics by visiting FamilyID.

All athletes must have an updated physical on the state-mandated Pre-Participation Physical form which can be accessed under ‘Athletic Participation Forms.’  If you have any questions, you may contact your winter coach, Danielle Mitterando or the Middletown Township Athletic Department.
