This past week, a new club was added to Middletown North’s continuously expanding list. The newest feature is the MHSN Pop Culture Club. 

The objective of this club is simple, to create a space where movies and television can be watched and then discussed after school. The club is going to be having meetings every Wednesday, where a certain episode in a series or a certain movie will be watched. There are talks of popcorn and other snacks being provided at a low expense to the students. 

As of now, the list of the upcoming movies that will be watched features the following: 

• The Batman
• Dr. Strange in the Multivers of Madness
• Thor: Love and Thunder
• Black Adam
• The Flash
• Black Panther: Wakanda Forever
• Aquaman & The Lost Kingdom
• The Marvels
• Guardians of the Galaxy, Volume 3
• Shazam!: Fury of the Gods

No meetings have been held as of yet, but there is one in store for next week. Wednesday February 9, the club will be hosting a viewing meeting of the 7th episode of the widely renowned Book of Boba Fett series. For anyone interested, the meeting will be hosted by Mr. Setteducato in room 2311.
