Tindall Park Is About To Be Haunted
Middletown High School North’s Class of 2018 proudly presents the annual Haunted Woods! Wander into our haunted trails if you dare! This year’s theme of “American Horror Story” is just enough to keep you looking over your shoulder with a surprise at every turn.
Senior class advisors Meghan Ghaffari and Adrianna Macaro have organized a group of senior students to create various scenes in the woods. This year’s seniors are looking forward to a fantastic event! The Senior Parents Committee and MHSN Lions Club will be selling food at the conclusion of the trail.
For those looking for a less scary event, the MHSN Class of 2019, sponsored by the MTEA, have designed a “Happy Trail” for younger children during the day that will include face painting, age-appropriate Halloween games, mini golf and much more. Happy Trails will run from 2pm – 4pm in Tindall Park. The suggested donation is $5.
Haunted Woods’ scary trail opens at dusk (approximately 6:30pm) on Oct. 21 (rain date of Oct. 22), and will continue until the last tour at roughly 9:30pm. Tours will be made up of 10 people. Members of the Class of 2019 will serve as tour guides. Please refrain from wearing any Halloween masks. Any individual dressed in a clown costume will immediately be removed from the event. We also ask that you be respectful of all participants involved in Haunted Woods and refrain from any physical contact with scene participants.
Admission for Haunted Woods is $5 per person. Proceeds from this signature event will defray the cost of senior class year-end events, including prom.
