The Middletown High School North Guidance Department is conducting their Sneaker Drop Fundraiser for the month of February.  The goal is to promote “Recycle. Reuse. Raise Money”.  All funds raised during this fundraiser will go to the Middletown High School North Guidance Scholarship Fund.

According to Middletown High School North Guidance Counselor Stefanie Fiore, “It’s fairly simple–drop off your gently worn, used and new sneakers to the box located outside of guidance.”

Recycling and reusing sneakers diverts them from landfills, cuts down on new production and promotes a circular economy.  The Guidance Department is accepting ONLY sneakers or ONLY clean soccer & baseball rubber cleats

The following items will NOT BE ACCEPTED:
-NO BOOTS
-NO METAL CLEATS
-NO WEDGES
-NO HEELS
-NO SANDALS
-NO WATER SHOES
-NO RAIN BOOTS
