This Saturday, December 16th, the Middletown High School North event “North Pole” will be held by the Senior Class Council, run by Mrs. Kelly & Mrs. Basmagy. This event is hosted in the MHSN Media Center and will be open to the public from 1 – 4 P.M.
The North Pole is a fun Christmas event that welcomes the parents and children of Middletown to come make holiday crafts, play games, take pictures with Santa, eat snacks, and get in a festive spirit right before the holidays. It is a free event and guests are welcome to come any time between 1 and 4 P.M., as they are not required to stay the whole time.
Any students at MHSN who were interested to help out and gain some volunteer hours were able to sign up for the North Pole and will be attending from 12 – 4:15 P.M. on Saturday to help set up and work at the different stations of the event.
There is a lot of hard work put into the North Pole from both students and teachers, as well as fundraising money from the Senior Council that goes into the event, so all the kids of Middletown are encouraged to stop by.
The North Pole event has been a hit in past years and all of the kids enter and leave with huge smiles on their faces. If you have young friends or family members who you think would like to attend, let them know of this event!
