Congratulations to High School North senior James Conway on his appointment to the United States Military Academy at West Point as part of the Class of 2026! James who has been involved in many co-curricular clubs and also serves as a key member of the Middletown High School North Cross Country and Track team.  According to The U.S. Military Academy at West Point, the mission of the academy is “to educate, train, and inspire the Corps of Cadets so that each graduate is a commissioned leader of character committed to the values of Duty, Honor, Country and prepared for a career of professional excellence and service to the Nation as an officer in the United States Army.”

James will participate in one of the Academy’s Four Leader Development Programs in which he will learn as a cadet to live honorably, lead honorably while demonstrating excellence through the Character, Academic, Physical, and Military programs. Congratulations and Good Luck James!
