On Thursday December 7th, the Middletown High School North World Language Honor Society Induction ceremony took place in the auditorium. Starting at 7 PM, the French Honors Society Co-Presidents, Jessica Kobilas and Eamonn Flynn, introduced Dr. Cartier to the stage where she briefly introduced and welcomed the society and Dr. George. Shortly after, they introduced new and old members to the stage where they were formally inducted.

Throughout the night, inductions of the different societies took place. At the beginning of each, officers were brought onto the stage to say some words. Each speech established some sort of background for their society and the language.

French, Spanish, Italian, and Latin Honor Society members new and old plan to make a difference in the community, experience different countries, and succeed in learning their language.
