The Middletown North Boys basketball team finished their 2014-2015 season with a 8-19 overall record. The Lions finished their season on a hot streak making it to the Central Jersey group 3 semifinal before falling to Hamilton West. With impressive wins versus Hopewell Valley and Holmdel in the state tournament, the Lions also split their season series with crosstown rival Middletown South.
The Lions were led by senior Dylan Frawley who put up impressive rebounding and scoring numbers down the stretch with help from some physical play from sophomore Jules Calhoun and some sharp shooting from senior Vincent Youncofski. The Lions hope to build off this year with a core of some young talent between John Tomasetti, Marc Cerbo, Jules Calhoun, Dave Campbell, and Tyler Ras. A big thanks to this years senior who have worked hard in this program for the past four years: Dylan Frawley, Jordan Pitts, Trevor Teehan, and Troy Thompson, and Vincent Youncofski.
