North 51, Howell 33

  North (2-5) took on Howell (3-4) Friday, November 1st, for a divisional match-up. The Lions scored a season high 51 points in this one en route to their 2nd win of the season. Freshmen quarterback Donald Glenn continues to be on a roll as he throws for 163 yards and 2 touchdown passes both to senior wide out Jake Betkowski. Also sophomore running back Chad Freshnock rushed for an astounding 207 yards and 3 touchdowns on 27 attempts.  This win puts the Lions in control of their own destiny to get into states. North will take on 1-6 Freehold Twp. this upcoming week. A win for North would put them in the state playoffs.
