Sometime after 2:13 on Monday, September 16, 2013, The Lion’s Roar caught up with the new Culinary Arts teacher Mrs. Susan Moran in her classroom/kitchen.
LR: Where did you grow up?
SM: Clinton, New Jersey
LR: What did you do for fun at my age?
SM: There wasn’t much to do. We went and swam in the reservoirs, there was no beach to swim over there so we went down to the reservoirs.
LR: Awesome! And where did you receive your education?
SM: Rowan University
LR: What inspired you to be a teacher?

LR: Did you always want to be a teacher?
SM: No, I didn’t. But my mom always told me that I should.
LR: So how did you end up at North?
SM: A complicated process but basically I found out through job searches that they were hiring for this position and applied.
LR: Cool! Last question, what is your favorite movie?
SM: I have so many it’s hard to pick! Right now, I’d have to say that my current favorite movie is The Family Stone.
LR: Well, it was great talking to you, thank you for your time!
SM: It was nice meeting you!
