Flat Stanley
The show Flat Stanley was performed by Middletown High School North’s theater club ran by Mrs. Mahoney. The play took place last week in the auditorium for everyone to go see for only two dollars. With the whole play being put together in a month the cast seemed confident and ready for the play.
One of the main cast members, Tyler Davis (12), talked and answered some of the questions about the play.
According to Tyler Davis, the play is about, a “Kid who gets squished by a bulletin board and travels the world through the mail.”
When asked who the main cast members are, Tyler said, “ Me, Kyle, Krista Reilly, Julia Picozzi, Nick Giunta, and others.” A lot of these members have talent and experience and make the play the best it can be.
After this amazing performance for not only the North students, but also the Elementary school kids, the play was a success. The kids were singing along and cheering with every song and moment. You could hear them screaming and laughing down the hallway. One of the crew members even said, “ It was like they have seen the play one thousand times already, it was almost scary.”
With the theater cast working on A Christmas Carol as their next huge performance coming in early December, be sure to get tickets to see some great quality performances.
