Some makeup brands are better than others.

Jenna Bruno is a senior at Middletown North. She uses Lancome for her primer and her foundation and she says her makeup lasts longer with that specific primer. She also uses Maybelline FIT foundation.

The concealer she uses is Mac Pro Long Wear and Maybelline Master Conceal. She says that those concealers look best and are perfect for covering blemishes and dark circles.

Next, Jenna uses powder Benefit Hoola Bronzer rather than cream. She makes known that her favorite eye shadow palette is Modern Renaissance by Anastasia.

“I love it because it blends easy and the color scheme is beautiful,” Jenna said.

She likes wearing matte eyeliner and she loves the eyeliner by Stila. Jenna also loves to wear false lashes, and wears mascara and false lashes together.

Her favorite highlight is by Luna and she uses the Urban Decay All Nighter setting spray.

Jenna closed with, “I don’t feel any more beautiful with makeup on than I do without, I use makeup to express myself. My face is a canvas. It makes me feel like an artist.”
