Melody Chibnik is a Senior at Middletown North, this is her first year as a staff writer for the Lions Roar, but she was a contributing writer during her sophomore year. In addition to writing she also is a member of All-State and All-Shore chorus, and serves as the Alto section leader for MHSN’s A Capella choir. She plays double bass and guitar, and spends her spare time trying to make people laugh. Melody is a Jammer and Blocker for Jersey Jr. Roller Derby.  She is a friend to all dogs, especially her puppy Buddy, and she currently spends her free time writing letters to NASA and hoping Bill Murray will notice her.
